Have fun with the whole family in this newly renovated townhouse on the south side of Brigantine Island. This home is in a prime location: a friendly neighborhood that is just one block from the drive-on beach and three blocks to the general beach entrance (life guarded). We’re also only a seven minute drive to the Atlantic City Casinos. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, and lots of additional shopping within a mile of the home. And feel free to bring your pet, as this unit is pet friendly. This townhouse has been lovingly furnished and decorated to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

The living room has a sofa, armchair, coffee tables and a 50” HDTV Smart TV (Amazon Fire TV). Log into your favorite streaming service, such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. When your stay is up, please remember to log out of any service you add.
WiFi is available throughout the home
Dining room has seating for six
Glass sliders in dining room lead to a private deck and fenced-in yard (the perfect place for your dog!)
There is a grill in the warmer months, located in the same yard
Behind the back deck is a large common area for both units
Storage garage equipped with beach chairs and bikes
Full-size washer and dryer
Fully-equipped kitchen: electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, cookware, and utensils
Nectar memory foam beds, pillows, and comforters throughout to promote a cozy sleep
Master bedroom: en-suite bathroom, king bed, dresser, smart TV and private deck (great for sunset views!)
Second bedroom: queen bed, smart TV and private deck
Third bedroom: double bed; smart TV
Outdoor shower (operated seasonally) located through the gate on left side of house
Two off-street parking spaces in the front driveway
The town of Brigantine is walkable from the unit or the perfect bike ride
Please note
There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee
Dogs only, under 35lbs. Must disclose breed and weight prior to approval
You must bring your own sheets and towels (we can also refer you to a linen service)
If you're interested in renting both townhomes, providing you with the ability to sleep 10 people, please contact us for rates and availability.
No smoking in the house.
No events, no house parties, no after prom/senior week rentals, or bachelor / bachelorette style parties. Any unauthorized event or party is grounds for immediate cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and physical removal of guest's and their property from the premises.
