We’re Sally and Jeff Beach from Chalfont, Pennsylvania. We own a company called SJ4 Ventures: we buy, renovate and sell homes in Montgomery and Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We absolutely love the beach and are so excited to be able to expand our business into rental properties at the beach.

Sally is a realtor and the interior designer for SJ4. Sally has lovingly decorated all of our rentals. Jeff manages all of our projects/rentals.
